Our 8 DofE Sixth Formers have been ‘going for gold’, successfully navigating their way across the stunning Peak District!

They started off with a 2-day practice and went straight into a gruelling 4-day qualifying expedition over the high peaks of Derbyshire as part of their Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award. Their route included Kinder Scout and across the Derwent Dam, encountering some extremely challenging weather along the way.

Thank you to the RAF for dropping in some much-needed treats for everyone!

Congratulations to Jimmy, Archie, Imogen, Louisa, Emily, Joe, Jake and Josh, an amazing achievement.
