School Leaver Booster

The immunisation team will be in school on Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th March to administer the School Leaver Booster for Year 9 students.

Please read the letter below which explains the vaccination and also directs you to the electronic consent form and explains how to complete it. Kindly complete the electronic consent form which will be received directly by the Immunisation Team.
