Year 12s should have or should be in the process of arranging their work experience for 6th – 12th July 2015. A Work Experience Application Form is to be completed by the student, employer and signed by the parent/guardian. If you are not sure where to do your work experience, talk to Miss Keane or Miss Woods who are your Work Experience Co-ordinators.
A general application form is available here, reverse of form, but if you wish to shadow a doctor or do your work experience at Shrewsbury, Telford or Oswestry hospital you will need to collect a specific application form from the office.
Any students who do not arrange work experience for 6th – 12th July 2015 will be expected to attend College for the whole week and carry out tasks around the College and School site.
