I am writing to inform you of the Thomas Adams Physical Education Autumn Extra-Curricular Programme 2015.
Here is a breakdown of activities and the timings that will occur.
All lunchtime clubs begin at 12.30pm – 1.10pm (therefore a packed lunch is advised for those students attending) with after-school clubs beginning at 3.20pm – 4.45pm, with students expected to wear Thomas Adams PE kit.
These sessions may be affected by school fixtures or poor weather and the department will endeavour to inform students within the necessary timeframe to avoid any transport issues.
The PE Department take an inclusive approach to the extra-curricular
programme and welcome students of all abilities and experience to
participate in the sessions.
The PE Department endeavours to provide all students with a safe environment in which to participate in the range of activities offered.
With this in mind all spray deodorants will be banned from PE changing rooms on medical and safeguarding grounds.
If students are caught in possession of a spray deodorant they will receive a detention and have the item confiscated until the end of the day.
