Thomas Adams v Adams Grammar – 28.02.24

The U16’s Rugby team, made up of Y10 and Y11 senior boys, had their penultimate runout against the well drilled and confident Adams Grammar on Wednesday afternoon. The home game saw us at a disadvantage as we were down to 14 players due to illness and injury. However, this didn’t stop the determined spirit that the boys have shown all season from shining through. All through this season, the boys have played with heart and camaraderie. Never letting each other down, heads always up and support from within. The club rugby players, show strength in leadership and will show the non-club players how to play the game from the pitch. Never showing negativity and showing respect to all involved. Though we came a very close second, and with a full squad, we would of turned them, I could never fault them and with one game left of the season on Tuesday, we intend to go out on a high. Well done to all involved!
