We are delighted to receive The National SMSC Bronze Quality Mark following our first verification day at Thomas Adams.
Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural (SMSC) development is the over-arching umbrella that encompasses personal development across the whole curriculum. The SMSC Quality Mark has been developed by a working group comprised of educational consultants, headteachers and teachers, as well as staff from Young Citizens.
The visiting verifier was very impressed with the school, staff, governors and students praising us on many areas including pastoral support and inclusivity.
