We are delighted to be supporting our local Food Bank again this year.
Newly appointed Year 7 Head Students, James Ireland and Alice Whitfield, did a spot of shopping at Wem Co-op with Miss Turner to purchase items as requested from the food bank. Items include biscuit selection boxes, chocolates and cakes which will be added to Christmas food parcels to help people currently in crisis.
In addition, Thomas Adams School also donated £500 from funds raised at our recent Christmas Fayre.
Volunteers from Whitchurch Food Bank came to collect the donations and to thank us for our continued support.
